Terms of Service

The terms on which we provide this website, and the framework within which we provide our engineering and consulting services.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by 3D Mobile Labs OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Estonian Business Register on 10 June 2016 under registry code 14064392, EU VAT number EE102913189, with its registered office at Padriku tee 11/2-11, 11912 Tallinn, Pirita linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia. You can reach us at info@3dmobilelabsou.com or +372 5705 1658.

2. Who these terms are for

We provide services to businesses and public-sector organisations only. By using this site in a professional capacity or submitting an enquiry, you confirm you are acting on behalf of an organisation and are authorised to do so. We do not contract with consumers, and consumer-specific rights such as the 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right do not apply to our engagements.

3. What this website is

This site describes our services and provides an interactive planning tool. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. In particular, the output of the architecture estimator is an indicative planning figure produced by a simplified model. It is not a quotation, does not bind either party and must not be relied on as a price.

A binding agreement arises only when both parties sign a written contract or statement of work setting out the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timetable and fees.

4. What we do not provide

We want this to be unambiguous. We do not:

  • provide technical support, helpdesk services or device repair to private individuals;
  • perform password, account or data recovery services;
  • sell or resell third-party software licences, subscriptions or mobile applications;
  • act as an agent of, or claim affiliation with, Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other platform vendor;
  • contact anyone unsolicited to report a problem detected on their device or account. If someone does this claiming to be us, it is not us.

5. Security testing

Where an engagement includes security review or testing, we test only systems that the client owns or is contractually authorised to have tested. The client must provide that authorisation in writing, and both parties must agree a written scope and rules of engagement, before any testing begins. We will decline or stop work where authorisation cannot be evidenced.

6. Intellectual property

Subject to full payment, the intellectual property rights in the bespoke deliverables we create for a client transfer to that client, as set out in the engagement contract. We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in the deliverables. Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licences, which we list on handover.

The content, design and code of this website remain our property. You may read, print and quote it with attribution; you may not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

7. Fees, invoicing and VAT

Fees are agreed per engagement in writing. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless the contract says otherwise. Late payment carries statutory interest under Estonian law. VAT is charged according to the applicable rules; for VAT-registered business customers in other EU member states the reverse-charge mechanism normally applies, and we will state this on the invoice.

8. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in connection with an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to provide the services. We will sign your non-disclosure agreement before an engagement begins if you have one. We do not name clients publicly without their written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Subject to that, our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data, except where the engagement contract expressly provides otherwise.

This website is provided as it is. We take care that its content is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the estimator output.

10. Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the estimator, without notice. Service-level commitments, where they apply, are set out in the relevant engagement contract and not here.

11. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is concluded alongside the engagement contract.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation. Failing that, the dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia, unless the engagement contract names a different forum.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for an engagement is the one in effect when the engagement contract was signed. Changes to the website terms take effect when published on this page.
