Start a mobile audit or project request

Use this form for a new build, a takeover of an existing application, or a security and architecture audit of a system your company owns.

You will get a reply from someone who can answer technical questions, usually within one working day. If the answer is that we are not the right supplier for your project, we will say so and tell you what we think you need instead.

Audits are performed only on systems your organisation owns or is contractually authorised to have tested. We will agree a written scope and rules of engagement before any testing starts.

Please do not include passwords, credentials, customer personal data or anything under NDA in this field. We will agree a secure channel before you share anything sensitive.

We collect the business-contact details and project description you enter so we can answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and Article 6(1)(b) once we are taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

The data is stored on our own server inside the EEA, in Vilnius, Lithuania, and is kept for 24 months unless we agree otherwise or you ask us to erase it sooner. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising profiling and do not transfer it outside the EEA. Scope of our services

We are a business-to-business engineering company. Here is what we do not do.

We work only with companies and public-sector organisations, under a written contract signed before any work begins. We do not advertise or provide services to private individuals, and we are not affiliated with, and do not act on behalf of, Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other platform vendor.

  • Consumer remote technical support, helpdesk or PC / phone "tune-up" services
  • Device repair, unlocking, data recovery or password / account recovery
  • Resale of third-party software licences, subscriptions or mobile applications
  • Any unsolicited contact about a problem detected on your device — we never do this
  • Services to private individuals; every engagement is a business-to-business contract
