Cookie Policy
Every cookie and storage key this website can set, what it is for, how long it lasts and how to change your mind.

1. The short version
This website sets strictly necessary cookies so that it works at all. Everything else — analytics and advertising measurement — is loaded only after you have actively consented, and never before. If you reject or simply ignore the banner, nothing optional is loaded.
2. Consent, and how it is enforced
Under the Estonian Electronic Communications Act, which implements the ePrivacy Directive, and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, storing or reading non-essential information on your device requires your consent. We implement that as follows:
- Before anything else on the page runs, Microsoft Consent Mode v2 is set to
ad_storage: denied. This happens in a script served from our own domain so that our security policy cannot silently block it. - No measurement tag is loaded while your choice is undecided or negative.
- When you accept a category, a consent update is sent and only then can the corresponding technology store or read anything.
- Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting, and both are one click on the first screen.

4. Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can reopen the preferences panel at any time and change any category. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately for anything loaded afterwards.
You can also clear cookies and site data for this domain in your browser settings, which resets your choice entirely and means you will be asked again on your next visit.
5. Third parties
The only third-party technology this site can load is Microsoft advertising measurement, and only with your consent. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited acts as controller for the data it collects through that technology; their processing is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Everything else this site needs — fonts, styles, scripts, images — is served from our own domain. There are no third-party fonts, no content delivery networks and no social-media embeds, and our Content-Security-Policy actively forbids them rather than merely avoiding them.
