An Estonian software engineering company, registered since 2016

3D Mobile Labs OÜ is a private limited company entered in the Estonian Business Register on 10 June 2016. Our registered office is in Tallinn, and our filed principal activity is computer programming.

We build mobile applications and custom business software for companies, and we advise the people inside those companies who have to make technology decisions. That is the whole of what we do. It is the activity recorded against our registry entry, and it is the activity described on every page of this site.

Working from Estonia is not incidental. The country runs most of its public administration as software, which means the engineering norms here assume systems will be audited, integrated and kept running for years by people who did not write them. That is the standard we build to, and it is why our engagements treat documentation, handover and deployment as deliverables rather than as courtesy extras.

We work with clients across the European Union in English and Estonian. Contracts are governed by Estonian law, and we will sign your NDA before an engagement begins if you have one.

How we operate

Four things that are true of every engagement

Vendor-neutral by design

We hold no reseller agreements, partner quotas or vendor commissions. Nothing we recommend earns us a margin somewhere else, which is what makes an independent recommendation worth reading.

Business clients only

Every engagement is a contract between companies. We do not offer consumer technical support, device repair or account recovery, and we never contact anyone unsolicited about a problem on their device.

Inside the EU, under EU law

The company is Estonian, the contracts are governed by Estonian law, and the data our systems hold stays inside the European Economic Area.

You own what we build

Source code lives in your repository, applications ship under your developer accounts, and the intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to you.

Where this website runs

Hosted inside the EEA, in Vilnius, Lithuania

This site and the database behind its enquiry forms run on a server operated by Hostinger International Limited in Vilnius, Lithuania — inside the European Economic Area. Nothing you submit through this website is transferred to a third country. We state the location rather than claiming “EU hosting” in the abstract, because the location is the part that actually matters for your data protection obligations.

Scope of our services

We are a business-to-business engineering company. Here is what we do not do.

We work only with companies and public-sector organisations, under a written contract signed before any work begins. We do not advertise or provide services to private individuals, and we are not affiliated with, and do not act on behalf of, Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other platform vendor.

  • Consumer remote technical support, helpdesk or PC / phone "tune-up" services
  • Device repair, unlocking, data recovery or password / account recovery
  • Resale of third-party software licences, subscriptions or mobile applications
  • Any unsolicited contact about a problem detected on your device — we never do this
  • Services to private individuals; every engagement is a business-to-business contract
